Heather Jolley MSW, LMHC

She/ Her

Clinical Supervisor

I am a dedicated and trained trauma therapist, providing clinical supervision to associates seeking licensure and individual therapy to adults across Washington state.

I have over 10 years of experience working with those navigating the impacts of: complex trauma, anxiety, individuals living with loss, people pleasers, perfectionists, shame, guilt and individuals with strong inner critics.

I take an action-oriented approach and incorporate a blend of EMDR, mindfulness, curiosity and humor into my sessions. I believe we don’t ‘need to be fixed’ and growth happens in the context of trust, mutual connection and safety.

I enjoy working with clients who are looking for a blend of EMDR, talk therapy with focus on insight and awareness building, who are interested in being curious about themselves, their patterns, exploring the “whys” behind the behaviors, and are open to challenging outdated belief systems that hold them back.

I strive to provide therapy and supervision that is inclusive and affirming, free from discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or any other aspect of identity.
