Heather Jolley, MSW, LMHC

She/ Her

I’m a dedicated and trained therapist, providing clinical supervision to associate counselors and EMDR therapy to clients looking to take a deeper step in their healing journey. I have been conducting therapy appointments to adults since 2015 and have gained experience working with a wide range of client populations that include but are not limited to: trauma survivors (sexual and physical assault, childhood trauma survivors, first responders, veterans), individuals with PTSD or or have painful experiences impacting their current functioning, anxiety, phobias/fears, perfectionists and individuals with strong inner critics.  I take an action-oriented approach and incorporate a blend of mindfulness, curiosity and humor into my sessions to help you achieve your goals in a safe and supportive environment.

I’m passionate about using EMDR in my practice and love working with clients who: have tried talk therapy and would like to take an additional step in their mental health journey; curious about increasing insights into behavior patterns, the whys and the how’s to shift immediate responses; and are motivated to shift the internal beliefs and narratives that continue to cause harm.

I strive to provide therapy and supervision that is inclusive and affirming, free from discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or any other aspect of identity.

I have 3 cats: Tobias, Jake and Elwood and in my free time, I am usually catching up on shows, hiking, reading, traveling, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
